I am 2.5 years post RFF and have decided to forgo the erectile device implant. Prior to using the Erektor I had utilized a cumbersome erectile process using Coban and condoms. The Erektor is a vast improvement. Now I can be erect in 30 seconds and can directly feel the warmth of my wife. The only issue I have had is with sizing – definitely, err on the side of using a smaller size. I have had to order a couple of different rods in order to get the right size. Fortunately, the customer service is great and the shipping is fast. Definitely a great option for transguys that have a defined glans!
